Though the video could be seen as a “propaganda” film for the ROK military, what I noted was the manner and degree of organization, and the conscientious concerns to do their jobs well.
I am curious what a similar video of the U.S. military food service would show us.

That restaurant owner chopping onions is wasting what amounts to a whole onion every time he tosses about 7-8 of the ends. Looks like he has plenty of time to utilize the ends better.
