TOO MANY GOP SENATORS PRESENT

Posted on 07/09/2018 6:29:31 PM PDT by DIRTYSECRET

Y must they be there just for the ANNOUNCEMENT? Too many of them. All dressed up. Ceremony. THEIR work starts LATER. Something tells me these people are not there for business. We can celebrate. I'm certainly enjoying it but these guys have no business being there at all. Tell me I'm wrong and/or out of it.

ok my friends You win. I stand corrected. Food and wine is all that it would take for me. Hottest ticket in town? I prefer rock n’ roll.

this weird ass post is actually the logical conclusion of the building hysteria that was being peddled in all of the other scotus threads. this really isn't that much more weird. this guy isn't any more unraveled that the other unraveled posters.

there are a lot of people that should be thankful that PDJT made this decision promptly. otherwise, a lot of these people were headed for a psychotic episode.

I’m happy with his choice. It’s the Trump’s choice. He needs no support. I’d stand back and watch the drama build up. Mr. Trump: Do something to entertain me. I’d wait to be there for him in the hearings.

“Tell me I’m wrong and/or out of it.”

Maybe both. It takes teams to win. It was good that other Republicans showed up to support Trump. Trump will need every vote he can get in Congress and we have already heard Paul doesn’t want to support Trump’s selection.

Hopefully Trump ultimately gets enough votes to confirm his selection.

Ryan and the House has absolutely nothing to do with confirming the Supreme Court nominee. McConnell long ago announced the Senate would be in session in August as opposed to their annual month long recess. Please keep up with the rest of us.

With this guy’s background, they’ll play hell fighting his nomination.

How long before they trot out a seventeen year old that he “looked” at or what if he work in a building where someone was groped and he said nothing. What if someone saw him drinking a coke with what looked like a pubic hair on it? I’m sure there are many troubling issues we are about to find out about.

I realize that.

Was just generalizing.

Of course, your statement wouldn’t work without the smarmy remark.

It accents your class or lack of it.

(Just as my smarmy remarks are not necessary but)

The truth is, the GOP-e has a faithful recent history of being full of progressives (some even proponents of Fabian Socialist objectives), blatantly globalists, and very VERY anti-Trump.

The GOP-e IS the real reason Trump is fully subject to the ongoing attempt at a very real coup-d-etat, and cover-up of massive DNC crime.

At the end of the day, moral relativism, or those who would defend and live a life of immorality, will/must naturally gravitate toward and defend the very immorality which will destroy them.

Only a foolish liberal or left-wing individual would be indifferent and incapable of recognizing the danger and evil around them, while at the same time blindly attacking those who would fight against evil and immorality.

While Cavanaugh is certainly to the right of many today, this is in part due to how far left and far gone much of our system and those who run it are.

While we can hope he will rule for what is right and constitutional, by his own admission, Cavanaugh is very much a life-long establishment and insider jurist.

There is already known to be good and bad with Cavanaugh.

On 2A Cavanaugh is a solid defender.

However, Cavanaugh wrote in favor of the blatantly illegal Obama Care (ACA), and supported Roberts, who rewrote the language of the law (legislating from the bench) to make it happen.

Cavanaugh has also defended illegal aliens.

The same GOP-e which has never stopped trying to overturn the Trump presidency, and is progressive and globalist, lobbied President Trump HARD for Cavanaugh.

This is why many of them are happy with this pick.

It is quite clear, there was some horse trading going on leading up to this, and this is likely the real reason Trump picked Cavanaugh.

Hope Trump won something really important from the GOP-e which has been out to throw him out of office.

It was more Republicans than we have been allowed to see on national Ministry of Propaganda TV in years, because Trump was making a major statement and the marxist MSM HAD to show it. Trump had them and he knew it, so he used it as a show of support. Not a thing wrong with it - unless you’re a lefty, in which case you were spewing green vomit while your head rotated 360. But lefties do that all day long, so it’s all good.

Bizarre. You admit you posted a meaningless incorrect thought/statement. Why? Because you are one who feels every thought regardless of relevance has got to be blurted out whether it makes sense or not. Ugh. You do a disservice to FR.

They've already trotted out a faggot who 21 years ago thought he saw the nominee mouth the word "bitch" when Hillary appeared on TV and wrote about it in a book.
