2. Phallic tower (Louisiana, Texas, one of those middle of nowhere states.) Note - while Oklahoma now has a dome, that’s a fairly recent addition to a much older building. Building was built in World War I, the dome was added in 2002; the dome has significant structural issues.
3. I’m not sure I even understand the question. Some yankee states? Hartford Connecticut - Springfield Mass?
Oops. In Texas, the tower is on the university campus, not the state capitol. They filmed the movie about the Texas tower shooter at the Louisiana state capitol building. Capitol itself is a traditional dome.
