Sounds like they need to start shooting judges over there - like we do here.
The only people who need to be shot are the monsters who torture and slaughter dogs and eat them.That is inhuman.
Anyone who can torture, kill and eat dogs doesn’t qualify as a human being. Damn the Koreans who participate in such cruelty.
