that’s a good distinction ... unfortunately, too many I know are REALLY obnoxious about it, and i do everything in my power to avoid them ...

I shun people for their political views.
It’s not the views that bother me. If they are “viewing the world through the leftist lens” then they are supporting in some way the killing of unborn babies. And that’s simply not acceptable.
But even without that .. it’s not their “viewpoint” that bothers me, it’s their vote.
And I refuse to live under the leadership of someone who thinks it’s ok to kill babies. I won’t follow any of their rules, none of their policies and I will do the opposite of everything they want.
If someone wants to remove my ability to defend myself, they do it the same way it’s been done for millions of years. They come at me and try to break my defenses. Anything other than that will not yield their results.
But the funny thing is that Democrats want to get rid of the Electoral College (You know, when it doesn’t benefit them) which would make our country officially a democracy. In the Democracy the largest number of people get their way.
But in every vote to date we see that the largest numbers of people do NOT want Democracy. So the Democracy-seeking politicians have to.... Wait for it....

Any democrat is too stupid to see the foundational folly of their party, their opinions and the results of those votes. If an intelligence test were given to voters, leftism in all of it’s forms would be eliminated at the first question.
