I've been an Amazon Prime customer for ... I dunno, six or seven years now?

In that time, I've had to return one item because it didn't fit me properly and request a replacement power supply for an Amazon Echo device, as the power supply died.

Both times, customer service was top notch. In the case of the power supply specifically, I was curious to know if Amazon wanted the entire Echo device back, or would want the power supply only back. They wanted neither. I was given a credit to order a new power supply on Amazon, applied the credit to the cost of the order, and the power supply arrived NEXT DAY via drone to my doorstep.

Amazing service. In the case of the power supply, I was on the phone for less than five minutes with Amazon arranging the replacement. No way I can get that kind of service anywhere else. I NEVER want to go to a physical customer service counter ever again, Amazon's service has been that good.

You actually had a drone drop off your package?
I didn’t really believe they were doing that.

How big was the drone?
must have a serious battery in it.
do you think somebody was operating it or autonomous?
