Defending champions Netherlands headline the second night of action, as Michael van Gerwen and Raymond van Barneveld begin their assault for a record-equalling fourth World Cup of Darts title.
The Dutch darting giants kick off their campaign against the Gibraltar pairing of Dyson Parody and debutant Justin Broton - who will be hoping to secure just their country's second World Cup of Darts win.
However, with the Netherlands failing to qualify for this year's football World Cup, world No 1 Van Gerwen is determined to give the Dutch fans something to cheer this summer.

The image that will stay with me was our best player, Christian Pulisic, the kid that had done so much, seeing him in the showers, fully clothed, with his hands in his face just crying, remembered 31-year-old midfielder Dax McCarty.

Unfortunately I must report my computer is seriously on the way out. The thing is like 8 years old and I could replace it with a cheap one, but Id rather save up after the summer and get a powerful computer that is something to be proud of.
I have my large iPad which is great for browsing and lurking but not great for posting threads, links and html. So I am officially done with doing pings and things here for The World Cup. Which is a bummer for me because I really liked sharing links and stuff but life is sometimes like that. Sometimes you shift gears and sometimes the gears shift you.
God Bless You People and have A Great World Cup!
