Heh. Median home price in Montgomery is $165,000. Median home price where I live is $880,000 east of Seattle. And if I worked and lived in Montgomery, I bet then I could even afford central air conditioning! (I’m guessing most of the homes already have it down there.)
How far east of Seattle are you? My youngest son lives in Issaquah. Beautiful area.
