Some of the recently declassified documents pin Oswald as hanging around CIA types. We also know GHWB was in Dallas the day of the murder. We also know GHWB was CIA. We can be reasonably suspicious there are some connections.

GHW Bush was the president of the Zapata Petroleum Company in 63' and not about to take a pay cut to be a CIA drone.
