Politics aside, I’d sure hate to see that happen. The subtitled foreign films are great. Love the science fiction. Examples:

Just finished the third year of “The Ministry of Time” (El Ministerio del Tiempo) in Spanish - subtitled. Brilliant!

Went for a second shot of “He’s Back!” (Er ist wieder da) subtitled - in German.

“The Returned” (Les Revenants) series in French also subtitled. (The American series was awful).

My problem with subtitles is I seem to miss the action while reading. Have been hoping '1864' would come out in English. It's about Denmark attacking Germany. Also, wanting to see 'Stalingrad' (2013) but I know it will be difficult to read and follow the action.

Guess I'll just give in and go with the subtitles...
