I too have noticed more foreign films. I have found that if you click on the movie to get more info about it, the last line on the left side under the actors, director, etc says language & will list if its subtitled or dubbed.
I find the foreign films and TV series a real treasure on Netflix.
CC - I do not care in the least. I find the programs fascinating and quite enjoyable.
Hope they ramp up the Japanese and Korean material to 11.
