When I lived in the city everyone was pretty much hop to it, except for some places like Burger King and evidently Starbucks.
It’s the management that allows the employees to act that way.
Well, I guess these are minimum wage jobs and you get young people with bad attitude. In coffee shops run by immigrants, you often get much speedier and professional service. I was kind of stuck that morning. I really dislike Starbucks’ coffee.
