i agree with an earlier poster, here in pittsburgh, the south hills, to be precise, there were two malls, one called century III, and one called South Hills Village, this second one was built much earlier....
C3 was great when it first opened, but as noted earlier by others, a busline/route was put in...and guess what happened???
the other mall, SHV has no such demographic issues, and is the centerpiece of a shopping, entertainment area and is thriving.....
They can play in the middle of the Freeway
Perhaps in front of oncoming Trains
Any large, busy Construction zone
Plenty of Flop Houses available
Section 8 Housing always has midnight Basketball
