Sorry about that, you are absolutely correct.
It was late last night when I finished posting it. My brain was not operating as well as it should have been.
When I copied the information from Twitter there were a lot of really strange characters that I had to scrub out of the file. I concluded some of them were intentional to prevent copying material from the sources. Like CNN and FT and a few others. A pesky little [ ‘ ] or [ “ ] can cause trouble depending on what character set they are out of. We often see the evidence of that on FR in headers. It looks like Chinese mixed with English words.
When you do spell check on FR and it looses it’s carriage returns and all runs together, it is usually because of some of that.
