REPEAT: Trump should fire Attorney General Jeff Sessions
Canada Free Press ^ | 05/19/18 | Lee Cary

The best he can do now for the country, and the justice system he claims to love – to mitigate the divisive damage that has already been done to America – is go home to Alabama and plant a garden

It’s been ten months since an article entitled “Trump should fire Attorney General Jeff Sessions” was posted here.

A Google search for an earlier call for Sessions’ firing may have appeared elsewhere, but, if so, it’s hard to find.

With all due respect—open your eyes!
Sessions appears to be the one preventing almost everything!
He’s been compromised!!!
If his love of country is all he means it to be, he’d step aside and save Trump the problem of firing him!!!!!!!!

I cannot get over the vitriol in this thread. Think beyond your emotions!

Most Sessions supporters like his demeanor more than anything, and don't actually like Trump primarily based on his antics. If you want to dispute that, then how do you explain Trump constantly berating Sessions and his agency in the press and on Twitter?

Sometimes you need to keep your eyes on the ball. Letting the rats play things out to the end is much better for the long term than forcing things through.

I have no thoughts toward Sessions. But I really like the final results although they have been tortuous.

I have no idea what you are talking about. As of today, the Preident's former Campaign Chief and National Security Advisor have both been indicted, among others, and the President's personal lawyer has seen his home, offices, and even his safety deposit boxes raided.

Meanwhile, we have a few press reports that the Democrats in government may have done some bad things, but there has been absolutely NO actual action to hold them accountable, other than the firing of two FBI officials for things that should have resulted in their arrests. Congress has even sent over criminal referrals months ago and nothing has been done.

If you call that winning I'd hate to see what you call losing.

Rod Rosenstein was involved with the FBI using the dossier to get the court to issue the FISA warrant, and Sessions said he had full confidence in Rosenstein.

If Jeff Sessions had an ounce of integrity left, he’d submit his letter of resignation to the President immediately.

Every day he waits will just make his shame and humiliation that much greater.

There are thousands of sealed indictments and numerous firings and resignations, yet people think Sessions hasn’t done anything. I am anxious as anybody else to start seeing charges, arrests, etc. but the key will be to get it right.

If I were Trump, I would hold off firing Jeff Sessions. I believe we are on the verge of having this whole Mueller, etc “Trumpo” gig break wide open with the truth becoming known, of a poorly planned and executed knife job on Trump, Obama, Clinton, Democrat Party. James Comey, John Brennan, James Clapper, Rod Rosenstein, Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch and many others, including the entire Democrat Party, unleashed “the Russian, get Trump” criminal plan.

Sessions should remain the only man left standing. All the other low life traitors should go to jail. Fear not the CYA Obama/Clinton media frenzy will not work one iota. The above listed birds will soon start signing and dropping dime on each other...like rats trying to frantically abandon their sinking ship.

What Trump should do is order Sessions to fire both Rosenstein and Mueller on the same day. If Sessions refuses to fire these two pieces of human vermin & scum, then Trump should force Sessions to resign.

Do you really think all of these sealed indictments are for the players in the coup? We’ve also heard that they’re preparing cells at Gitmo, do you also buy into that?

I don’t know about Gitmo, but I don’t buy Sessions does nothing Trump wants and Trump just allows it. Again, it makes no sense.

Our government was created to be inefficient with checks and balances and move slowly. Let me say it in another way:

WE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WANT AN EFFICENT GOVERNEMENT.

The wheels of justice move slowly, and they are moving in the right direction.

The young bull said to the old bull, “lets run down the hill and breed a few of those new heifers that just got in”

The old bull said, “Lets walk down the hill and breed them all..................”

Purported “sealed indictments” are a red herring. Those that exist have nothing to do with with Mueller/Rosenstein/Sessions activity. They’re for other run of the mill crimes by small time miscreants not connected with this mess...routine stuff.
