There is a high probability that Stefan Halper is the spy, who was ‘inside the Trump White House.’
Below is a clip of Stefan Halper speaking to the BBC in 2017.
Halper is believed to be the mole. Halper is a former CIA operative, a current informant for the FBI, has an anti-Trump motive, is connected to Carter Page and George Papadopoulos, and worked to help Hillary Clinton win the 2016 presidential election.
But it seems to me we are looking at a number of spies inside the inner circle, who had the means and the background needed to spy on Trump. This is unbelievable to say the least.
We had Steve Bannon with top security Q clearance, and then we had him fired abruptly. He has a very colorful background in Naval Intelligence, and he seems to be traveling the globe right now visiting many nations.

A sitting President has to go through Impeachment and a Senate trial. The evidence, if any, was collected by an illegal warrant.
He won the election.
Also, the evidence to obtain the warrant was just to attack poll numbers. McCain screwed things up and help to make the lie a warrant. Any good lawyer could chew all this up in court. Stop believing the lies in the press.
What you just expressed is, like many, you are so conditioned to leaks that you don't believe anything exists unless it is leaked. Many simply cannot grasp the fact that Trump and Sessions are doing this by the book.
A cursory look at Jeff Sessions's 18 year tenure as a federal prosecutor (6 years as Assistant U.S. Attorney and then 12 years as U.S. Attorney) shows a serious prosecutor who maintained secrecy while investigating large conspiracies. Sessions broke the back of the Ku Klux Klan, and nobody realized what Sessions had until charges were filed and arrests were made.
People who mistake a prosecutor's silence for inaction do so at their peril. Time will reveal what U.S. Attorneys Huber, Hiland, Liu and perhaps others have been doing for the last seven months. Trust President Trump and those he has selected to execute his strategy.
Interestingly, Joe DiGenova, in a previous Hannity interview, said the initials were S”M”, not SH. Halper wasn’t IN the campaign from what I can tell, so while he was trying to set up Trump campaign folks, it looks like there was someone else, too. Someone more recognizable. Who the heck (other than Deep State) knew who Stefan Halper was until a couple of days ago .... even Hannity?
It was supposed to be release a few times already.
And no leaks. In DC, there are always leaks.
Hope I am wrong. Really do. But I have been to this party before.

They were both at Oxford in the 1968/1969 period. No one said they ever met...just odd there at the same time.
The thing which I’ve been looking at over the past week...was Halper ever connected to the International Republican Institute? It’s an odd collection of fake GOP folks that came out of the Reagan era and formed up this Institution. They were set on some path of forcing governmental changes in the third world.
The International Republican Institute....has been heavily connected to the start-up of the Syrian conflict, and helped to bring McCain (their player) into the region for meetings...which led to McCain being the same room with ISIS thugs. I suspect that somewhere in the background...Halper is a player in the same group, and probably connects heavily back to the Saudi princes who were funneling money into the support of the war (and oddly into ISIS).
There’s probably a 500-page story over Halper, but I don’t think you will ever see this guy again. My guess is that he’s on some cruise boat in the Med, with enough cash to just disappear. He’s gotten himself into too much trouble with the Saudis, Trump, and probably the Russians.

I have, and he certainly didn’t look like a James Bond character from Central Casting.
Quite the contrary. He was a short, pudgy little guy who looked like he couldn’t hurt a fly.
But in fact, I gotta think that’s exactly the kind of apprearance you’d often want in a spy — somebody who doesn’t fit the popular image.

Probably because the article is mainly click bait. The writer just needed some balast to fill up an otherwise slim essay.
Ditto for the mention of Bannon. No connection to the headline or the rest of the story.

If the Saudis, Russians and maybe our spooks in the near future are searching for Halper, we may never hear from him again.

So what was happening about 8-9 months ago?
Well...so far I can find two things that occurred. Toward the fall (Sep) his name started to come up in the news...leading back to the two Trump campaign guys who might have fallen for his ‘leaking’ to them.
The second thing is the purge of Saudi princes occur right around this period (maybe within a week). So he’s last seen in Rome, and according to folks who follow him....that’s it...the trail is cold.
I might go and suggest that he was some money-filter player into the Saudi empire banking system, and the princes....leading outsiders (maybe Russians, maybe the Iranians) in for money-laundering. If the princes were disestablished or arrested/detained....his entire network would have collapsed.
With his banking episode in the late 1980s...it seemed to be built for money-laundering. Then he got out of the personal running of this. My guess is that he had clients, and led to other countries where you could launder your cash and be clean.
I don’t think you will ever see this guy again.
