If we don’t use the revenue to decrease debt, we’re digging the hole deeper.

I know, too simple for Congress to understand.

The taxes that came in for April 2018 were paid under the prior year’s tax laws. Individual taxes on this calendar year will be down sharply, and corporate taxes will be worse still.

Trouble is government creates new programs when they have more noney. Instead they should improve current programs. Like infrastructure and military. Or if you need anew program think flood and drought control. Upper Mississippi foods most springs Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma have droughts. They are building an oil pipeline from Canada to Gulf, why not water lines from upper Mississippi to these states reservoirs?
