You are debating on their terms. Gender is not determined by culture. Open up a dictionary from the 80's or earlier and you will find there are only three genders; Male, Female and Neutral. Anything else is the progressives redefining the word to control the language and thus, the culture.

Gender is a noun. Masculine and Feminine are adjectives that describe a noun. A masculine female's gender is still female. A masculine watch is neutral.
