Not sure this story-title is spot-on accurate, in saying that the WHCD bunch represented “positive proof” they knew she was a living smut mouth, via the Jewish Museum description.
This ghastly “comic” was not billed by the Jewish Museum talent agency, in any way, as foul mouthed. They made her sound more like a Don Rickles type, not a George Carlin.
“Proof positive” would mean proof that the WHCD organizers viewed her work samples prior to their selection, on a video or an audio.
Personally, I have no doubt that many did know she was a nasty piece of work, but not necessarily by her billing promo at the Jewish Museum.

Of course they knew who she was.... you think they just randomly picked some name out of a hat without comment? or that 1 single random individual made the decision to hire her independent from anyone else knowing?
I could care less how tasteless her act was... can’t be offended by someone I hold no respect for... but the pure reality was, she just wasn’t funny. But a lot of “comedians” aren’t funny... Margaret Cho, George Lopez... for example.
