I know this will anger the CDS crowd, but so be it. Someone has to speak out for Alfie, and Senator Cruz has been a strong and consistent champion of these causes.

Red State mass firings announced this morning. Certainly, not opposed to RS support for Cruz, for his stating his defense of life and human rights for poor Alfie.

Shame on the inhumane UK. Fencing in their ill and critically ill citizens, a toddler in this case, from seeking life and human rights. Outrageous.

Worthy of boycotting UK and anything made there, including my Twinnings Tea.

Grant it, this is a WINNING gimmee for Cruz, an easy “get” as an issue, and very low hanging fruit, that he should naturally pick, pluck, and go tell. That’s good.

Senator Cruz has been an articulate and teirless support of Life. I applaud him for it.

What is happening in the UK is a level of evil and barbarism that makes mockery of any claims of the UK being part of the “civilized” world.

How many FReepers have been blocked by RedState on twitter and thei website for being ProTrump secure borders commenters? I was for making one single comment on each platform slamming refugee resettlement and supporting Trump in 2016.

“The bottom line, to be frank, is that parents cannot treat their child like an item of personal property with untrammelled liberty, or else there would be no laws against child abuse or cruelty. The issue before the courts was the pain and welfare of Alfie, no more or less.”

Sophistry. If the issue were “property”, the courts have just ruled that children are the property of the State. Is that better? Does it really have to be stated that parents are naturally bound to the child that they gave birth to? That both inherent rights and responsibilities arise from that relationship? That interference by the State in their pursuit of the child’s welfare is fundamentally unjust?
