She should confront Acosta with a single and direct question, such as:

"John, how do you feel about how Americans are feeling about their tax cuts and their bonuses and higher pay, and the growing economy and the low unemployment rate and the lower-than-ever black unemployment rate, and lower-than-ever Hispanic unemployment rate, and lowest female unemployment rate in the past 20+ years?"

Acosta would be blank-faced, or in denial.
