The House IT Scandal
American Greatness ^ | 04/24/2018

Posted on 04/24/2018 12:22:49 PM PDT by detective

Russian meddling? Campaign collusion? Forget that. That “did they or didn’t they” story has nothing on the ongoing saga of cybersecurity breaches with the possible involvement of a foreign government taking place in the House of Representatives.

The story has all the features of a political spy novel: stolen servers, access to confidential congressional files, claims of “controlling the White House” and $12,000 in a suitcase.

Compared to the rampant speculation over yet-unproven claims of Russian collusion in the Trump campaign, the events in the House have received minimal attention from the mainstream press (the exception is the impressive level of coverage from the Daily Caller News Foundation). Even President Trump has raised public questions about the issue, tweeting about it as recently as April 20.

The unwillingness of major news outlets to devote significant coverage to the story is all the more noteworthy considering the presence of clear indications of wrongdoing by congressional staff, Members of Congress who are actively delaying the investigation, and a number of critical questions that remain unanswered.

The unauthorized access peaked just months before the 2016 elections, when the server of the House Democratic Caucus was accessed by the Awans 5,700 times over a seven-month period. Authorities believe Awan routed data from over a dozen House offices to the server, where he may have then read or removed information. Awan’s purpose for doing so has not been made clear, though the Daily Caller recently reported claims by Awan’s father that his son transferred the data to a USB drive, which was then given to a Pakistani senator and former head of a Pakistani intelligence agency.

In a spy novel twist, the server, containing all the data in question, has gone missing.

Does it occur to anyone that the entire “Russian Hackers” story was an attempt to cover up for the Awan breach?

I recall that it was proven that the docs released by Wikileaks were downloaded to a thumb drive or similar device.

This is probably the real road to the Democratic party e-mail leak.

Que Bono?
I suspect it's not merely HRC, but more likely contains proof of Treason at high levels of governance… perhaps if we really knew how bad it was, they'd be desperate to get their cases into courts where there'd at least be trials and the possibility of dying a natural death [given the long death-row waits] or being found not guilty [given how infested with lawyers the judiciary is].

Imram Awan publicly has a team of three high powered Clinton lawyers led by Chris Gowen. That means Gowen probably has teams of legal researchers that you don't see looking for obscure legal cases to make dramatic speeches about and cite during many shouted objections. Any court proceeding will be turned into a circus.

There are no doubt other teams of investigators looking into the backgrounds of every case connected judge, prosecutor, cop, clerk, witness and their families to see who can be bribed or blackmailed to destroy evidence, obstruct the case or give information to Gowen's team.

I'm sure there is a media control team to contact heads of major liberal news media outlets, search engines and social media to dampen any news about this. They are going all out.

The socialist-democrats, and their MSM propaganda wing sycophants, are trying desperately to bury this “non story” to the point of being a coordinated media blackout.

“the server, containing all the data in question, has gone missing.“

Bullcrap. Drag a few people either in front of a judge, a Grand Jury, or a Congressional Committee and put them under oath. My preference is a Grand Jury. But we’d need an Attorney General with a pulse for that to happen.

I don’t necessarily agree that the “Russian meddling” accusation was an attempt to cover the Awan thing. But I would bet good money that the Awan thing gave them the idea for the accusation.

The Awan cover up and conspiracy is 1000X more illegal than Watergate. All roads lead to the DNC/Clinton/Obama/Soros cabal. They tried to fix the election. All accusations towards our President should be redirected to the suspects that we all have known since day one. Now wake Sessions up.

Comey and McCabe Blocked the Arrest of Imran Awan’s Wife As She Was Fleeing the Country to Pakistan
True Pundit ^ | August 2 2017 | Investigative Bureau / fr Posted by Whenifhow

Alvi Awan was suspected of helping swindle $283,000 from banks and was busted carrying over $12,400 in undocumented cash when the FBI caught up with her at Dulles International Airport in March.

But incredibly Awan — the wife of Imran Awan, the IT specialist and con man employed by Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who was arrested last week for bank fraud — was never detained or forced to stay in the United States. Her arrest in fact was blocked by then-FBI Director James Comey and then-Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, FBI sources said.

So federal agents and Capitol Police watched as the former Democratic congressional aide and suspected bank fraudster stepped onto Qatar Airlines Flight 708 to Doha, Qatar, on her way to Lahore, Pakistan with her three daughters, bulging luggage and $12,400 in undocumented cash — a federal crime in itself. Awan had essentially been given a license to disappear from the clutches of US law enforcement, never likely to return to the United States. She was in the wind, courtesy of the FBI.

“This was a call from the top, Comey and McCabe,” a well-placed FBI agent said. “Anyone else would have been held and with that cash she didn’t declare she could have been locked up. The agents at Dulles wanted to hold her but they were told to stand down.”

Comey has since been fired and McCabe currently is Acting FBI Director until the new FBI director is sworn in.

The lead FBI case agent at Dulles was Brandon Merriman who has been on the job for a little more than a year and was investigating Imran and Alvi Awan’s bank schemes. FBI sources said he did not have the political juice to plead for Awan’s arrest and as an agent, there is little he could have done to keep Awan in the states since his bosses decided to put her in the wind. Merriman also put together the arrest warrant for Imran Awan in July. A portion of that warrant is included below where the FBI agent acknowledged he knew that when Alvi Awan stepped onto that flight she would never return to the United States.

So why then did the FBI put her in the wind?

If the FBI wanted to explore and build a criminal case against Wasserman Schultz, the former DNC chairwoman and Clinton consigliere, and even firm up the case against Imran Awan, holding leverage over Alvi and Imran Awan would make more than good sense. So the release of Alvi back to Pakistan — essentially a US law enforcement no-go zone — speaks volumes about the FBI brass wanting to protect Wasserman Schultz and essentially her long-time mentor Hillary Clinton.

“When you have a guy’s wife locked up and you’re looking at the husband, you have leverage to get him to cooperate,” a FBI insider said. “This is really great leverage and it wasn’t even put into play.”

If this was simply a bank fraud case, Alvi Awan would still be in the United States and her husband would have been locked up long before July. FBI sources said they had sufficient evidence of bank fraud in December 2016 yet no arrest warrants were filed until July. There is little doubt the Awans were being protected by FBI bosses, federal law enforcement sources said.

For instance, it is a felony to export more than $10,000 from the United States absent filing a currency transportation report. FBI sources said Alvi Awan did not file the report. Yet she was allowed to leave the country anyway. And with the cash and the FBI’s explicit knowledge she defrauded at least two financial institutions.

As a sidebar, Alvi Awan would also have served as a key witness in the emerging case building against Wasserman Schultz, the DNC, and what role Hillary Clinton played into the emerging labyrinth of Awan-related security breaches.

BELOW: FBI Agent Brandon Merriman admits in an arrest warrant filed for her husband in July that when the Bureau allowed Alvi Awan to walk away, they would never see her again in the United States.

House Dem IT Suspects, Demanded Untraceable Payments — Millions Disappeared
SOURCE http://truepundit.com/awan-brothers-house-dem-it-suspects-wanted-untraceable-payments-and-sure-enough-millions-disappeared/

EXCERPT-—Cristal Perpignan, a former Awan renter, said Imran instructed her to pay the rent to Imran’s friend,
Rao Abbas, who lived in the basement of the home she occupied.....at the time Abbas was on the House tax-paid payroll as an IT worker.

Perpignan said Abbas spent work days at home.

Imran’s wife purchased the home in 2008 for $470,000. A second mortgage was taken out in 2012, and — at least on paper — it was sold to Imran’s 22-year old brother Jamal in November 2016 for $620,000 — $43,000 more than its assessed value.

All but five percent of Jamal’s purchase, $589,000, was financed by the bank, according to records reviewed by TheDCNF. This means the transaction netted the family $119,000 of the bank’s money even as the house remained a rental property, without the ownership ever leaving the family.

According to Wells Fargo, people can’t use a standard mortgage for a rental property. The bank must be told of the intent to use the property as a rental, and the applicant generally is required to make a 20 percent down payment. There are no notes in property records that it was not an arms-length sale. — SNIP—rest on FR

POINTS TO PONDER: The clan’s humongous federal salaries and other financial sleight of hand......using real estate and car dealerships made millions disappear .......could have used the DNC as the money-laundering apparat to:

<><> payoff Debbie Wassermann Schultz

<><> other “I know nothing” Democrats.....

<><> DNC laundered as Democrat campaign donations,

<><> DNC facilitated kickbacks, payoffs for supplying classified intel, and the like.

Democrat Debbie Wasserman Schultz seems to have lost all sense of history; her short-term memory and her long-term memory appear to be defunct.

<><> DNC Debbie single-handedly aided and abetted the Awan clan’s massive breach of US security on Capitol Hill....in more ways than one.

<><> Significantly DNC Debbie facilitated the clan getting security clearances. Never did it enter stupid Debbie’s braindead mind that Muslim Pakistani nationals were more than office help?

<><>At the DNC, Schultz masterminded the clan’s remuneration package——making sure they got paid handsomely-—pocketing some 5 million tax dollars as they toiled to undermine Americans’ safety and security.

<><> The clan’s grotesque compensation package under Schultz’s DNC leadership is certainly suspicious. Might involve wire-transfer fraud, mail fraud, theft, kickbacks, money laundering and tax evasion.

<><> Schultz’s former IT staffer is still listed as her “advisor.”

<><> The Pakistani nationals under scrutiny by Capitol Police have since fled the country.

<><> More egregiously, the Pakistanis’ ability to get State Dept visas while under criminal scrutiny is a subject of speculation.....and may involve then-Secy Hillary Clinton and then-Pres Obama.

Trump’s ability to instantly analyze and zero in on crucial aspects of an issue appears to have accurately identified
via his discovery tweet, a key issue WRT Imran Awan——the “Pakistani mystery man” -——

That comes straight out of defense documents Awan’s lawyers filed with the court.Lawyers for Pakistani-born Imran Awan currently have a
copy of the contents of a laptop with the username “RepDWS.”

Wasserman Schultz moved hell and high water to block prosecutors from seeing what was on it.

Imran’s lawyers have attempted to set up a situation
where it is up to Imran whether prosecutors can see the laptop, claiming a specious “attorney client privilege”

Other analysts say the laptop should be fair game for review.

Great idea.

Trump should tweet that he has charged AG Sessions with delivering the missing server directly to the Oval Office.

Then send follow-up Tweets once a week to let us know how Sessions is making out in the search.

Will it keep the DOJ on its toes?

If so then we know it is the Clintons spying on Congress and making side money selling out the United States.
