I met Ms Abraham a few times back in the 70s-80s. Even back then, when a woman had to work twice as hard to get half the credit as a man, her male colleagues greatly respected her. IIRC, she started out as an ADA under Ed Rendell (then the Philly DA) right out of law school in the mid-60s. And eventually was elected DA and served 4 terms. She earned her keep! It’s almost enough to forgive her for being a Democrat, which unfortunately is they way it works there if you want to work for the City.
