He wasn’t involved in this one specific incident, but has been a champion for PC, non-traditional policies in the military. IIRC, he pushed for allowing people with gender issues to serve in the military. When that mindset is at the highest level, of course military personnel at lower levels think it’s OK to be flakey.

My useless Congressman tweeted a picture the other day. He was welcoming the new commanding General of Aberdeen Proving Ground and his “husband.”
No indication that the congressrat was in the least bit uncomfortable with this degenerate and his aberrant behavior.
