No, I don’t accept as truth that US instructors trained militants to stage a false flag chemical attack. I don’t suspect any US citizens had anything to do with it.

Last month Russian media said US backed rebels were preparing a chemical attack in Syria.

After President Trump spoke of pulling our forces out of Syria and dis-engaging, Assad and the russians would've laid low and waited for a default victory. A chemical attack makes no sense, since it would stop any dis-engagement plans and really doesn't advance a strategic objective.
