I don't think so. There are too many contradictions between what liberal Californians claim to believe and how they actually behave. The successes California has had owe a lot to they're being part of the United States. And the shape of California politics now owes a lot to a change in the election laws that the rest of the country isn't going to make.
But I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that the article advocates a shooting war or concentration camps.

The left is all talk. They kill babies, hide behind children and their circle jerk of sycophant leftists while talking tough making law after law. They are neutered with the Second Amendment, will never get the military to turn and if they want to keep pushing they will be very sorry. Their cities will look like Syria and Iraq, the country side will devour them and they will regret the day that they felt brave enough to fight for their beloved liberalism.
