Easter is not Christmas, people. Christ died because he let himself be subject the the law, even if the charges were false. He didn't rise from the dead to tell us, "Let people break the law and don't do anything to them."
Religion is just fine and dandy with them when they can use it to guilt others into advancing the agenda.
