Rather than suffer through a very expensive and a logistical nightmare of collecting everybodies guns, would it not be much more efficient to simply make murdering somebody a crime?
They don’t care about crime. It was never about crime. They care about guns - specifically guns NOT in the hands of their beloved police. Crime is totally immaterial to leftists they couldn’t care less if the murder rate goes through the roof as long as the citizenry is disarmed
