That's a great moniker and more politically acceptable than the engineering term we used to use years ago.

A student was struck by a car and killed a year or so ago so they built the pedestrian bridge - for $40 million! Then even more people were killed. Please, let’s let government solve all our problems. What could possibly go wrong?
