In the first video from India, her sandals slid on the step causing her to almost fall, then after it happened again she kicked off her sandals to finish the descent. The sandals must have had hard soles, maybe wood.
Yeah, that’s what it looks like to me too.
Sandals seem like an odd choice of footwear for sightseeing unless she didn’t plan to walk very far. Looks to me like her center of gravity shifted and she slipped. She has had a tough time going down stairs in the past, so it is not surprising she was hanging on to the guy during the decent.
As much as I despise this woman, I think that is what happened. Those steps are a mess. Both times she stepped on a slanted part of the step and the sandals made it look as it she was walking on ice.
She was watching where she stepped, but her weird thick/dark glasses didn't help, since she stepped on a slanted part again.
Being overweight (she looks pregnant!) and not having good balance just made it worse. That is obvious since she has to have someone to hold onto.
Maybe she does have something else going on, but if those steps were in good shape, both of those falls would probably not have happened. Even then, she always seems to need help going down steps. Not impressive for someone who could have been our president.

By the way, the two steps that she took that sent her down...... she was stupid enough to put her foot in the worn section of the stone that was at least a half inch lower than the rest of the step.
