It's ridiculous that a private citizen can't launch a spacecraft (assuming he has anywhere near the capability of doing so) without asking Nanna for permission.
They don’t have to shoot your rocket down, they just unleash a dozen alphabet-agencies onto you, take all your money, impound your equipment, and tie you up in Court for a decade.
This didn’t start with obama, it started 100+ years ago with the “progressive movement” and was fully institutionalized during the reign of FDR.
It took a Constitutional Amendment to institute Prohibition, and another one to repeal it.
Now, any number of substances or action’s, can & are banned, by Administrative Decree alone. And that includes asking permission and paying the License Fee, to launch a rocket or orbit satellite’s.
