I don’t think little rocket boy has a nuclear program left. I remember he lost 200 scientist in an accident a few months ago and since then he stopped threatening people all over the globe and made nice with south korea to join them in the Olympics.
Little Rocket turd has nothing but is trying to negotiate something, anything at this point is better then what he has now.
