The oldest surviving drive-in diner in Canada, located in Bedford, Nova Scotia. The classic car buffs still hang out here.

It was a Hardees in Culpeper, Virginia. I’ve usually had good experience at Hardees, but this one was a serious outlier/anomaly. I actually ate there twice, thinking that my first trip must have simply been on a bad day - but the second experience was actually worse than the first. Dirty dining area, rude staff and extremely slow service - and the food was simply awful.

It has long since closed, but it lives on in my memory as the worst place I have ever eaten a meal.
