Institutional welfare. This is the story the public needs to see. Criminals began using students and planned crimes after annual arrest quota were met. It's a sickening read, with sources.
EVERY parent in the school system should SUE!!!

Note the spelling of ‘Nikolas’ with a K which is the Rushkie way.....Does that mean Shashaquenna is Kenyan?
A name like Shashaquenna means you get to go to Harvard and have someone else foot the bill.
Sadly most parents put eating out, cell phones, Netflix and a myriad of other "necessities" above raising their children.
And then wonder why their kids turned out a mess and won’t take care of them when they are older.
Nursing homes are full of old people who have been warehoused there, who still wait with expectation for their children to visit on special occasions only to be disappointed.
