Maybe YOU should read a little bit about history and/or understanding what is written in the present.
I was merely pointing out that a goodly reason for the downfall of the Roman Empire was due to ‘outsourcing their Military’.
I wasn’t condoning or agreeing with how the US Navy perceived to handle shipboard life with certain people who didn’t want to ‘live’ alongside certain people while also realizing there are just some jobs that some people really didn’t want to do.
The Philipinos fit the bill, they needed the ‘work’ and got rewarded for it.
