How come gun restrictions aren’t struck down by federal judges like they do to abortion laws.

Because one is protected by the modern penumbras and emanations of the Constitution while the other is an archaic relic of a time long past.
(Honestly, the Judiciary is IMO the most lawless of the three branches; they spout of logical nonsense wrapped in legal-sounding words and bludgeon the people with Muh Authorita! and You aren't a Judge/Lawyer, so you're an inferior! attitudes.)
