(1) The Susan Rice e-mail to herself.
(2) Rice sent the e-mail on January 20, 2017, at 12.15 p.m.
Trump became president at 11:47 a.m.
What Rice did was send the e-mail to herself at the very last second that it would be included in records from the Obama administration.
(3) ALSO, Rice sent the e-mail AFTER the Obama administration could see it or confront her with it.
She sent it minutes before she departed the White House for the last time.
(4) The e-mail documents a meeting between Obama, Biden, Rice, Comey, and Yates.
This meeting took place on January 5, 2017.
(5) Gassley and Graham were sent the e-mail after they asked the National Archives for records of meetings between Obama and Comey.
This e-mail is the only record.
Without it, Obama would’ve skated.
(6) Rice wrote the first part of the e-mail in such a bizarre way that it would immediately stand out.
“
President Obama began the conversation by stressing his continued commitment to ensuring that every aspect of this issue is handled by the Intelligence and law enforcement communities “by the book”. The President stressed that he is not asking about, initiating or instructing anything from a law enforcement perspective. He reiterated that our law enforcement team needs to proceed as it normally would by the book.”
(7) It doesn’t read as though a native speaker of English wrote it.
This is deliberate.
It draws attention to what comes next.
(8) THIS is the meat of the thing.
First, this.
From a national security perspective, however, President Obama said he wants to be sure that, as we engage with the incoming team, we are mindful to ascertain if there is any reason that we cannot share information fully as it relates to Russia.
(9) And then more importantly, this.
The President asked Comey to inform him if anything changes in the next few weeks that should affect how we share classified information with the incoming team. Comey said he would.
(10) Obama said that he never spoke to Comey about ongoing investigations.
Rice says he lied.
(11) Not only THAT, Rice says that Obama told Comey to WITHHOLD information from the Trump administration AND report back to Obama.
(12) Rice ALSO says that Comey lied to Congress.
(13) So, Rice handed Obama and Comey to law enforcement on a silver platter.
Did YOU figure that out?
I did. Immediately.

YOU TOTALLY MISUNDERSTOOD WHAT HAPPENED.
Rice torpedoed EVERYTHING.
It’s over. All she has to do is confirm that the meeting happened.
(15) I called this in April, when Rice gave her interview to Andrea Mitchell.
It pays to be able to read people.
(16) Stop thinking in terms of movies and cartoons.

Interesting take from Wictor, but I don’t think Rice is throwing Obama under the bus.
The key sentence is the following: “The next part of your email remains classified.”
This is right before Obama asks Comey to give him a follow-up as to any changes.
Rice knows that with Yates and Comey there it would not be possible to be certain that the meeting would be a secret if there were ever an investigation. One or both would divulge it if asked.
My guess is that Rice is protecting Yates, Obama and the rest of the team and throwing Comey under the bus.
Whatever is in the redacted sentence(s) is the plan by someone about how to best posture the Steele dossier and the Trump campaign surveillance to protect themselves.
Obviously, the meeting came to the conclusion that they should reveal to Trump the dossier, but not the spying, which Comey did the next day.
Yates from DOJ is senior to Comey from FBI and we know she is an arrogant SJW. Remember, Yates is the one that wanted to hang Flynn for an absurd ‘Logan Act violation’ for talking to the Russian ambassador. She is a martyr to the Left for refusing as acting AG to implement extreme vetting of Muslims from terrorism regions.
No doubt the Left foresees SJW Yates as a future Court of Appeals judge, maybe even a Supreme Court justice or perhaps a senior figure in the next Dem administration. She needs to be protected from scandal so she can pass a Senate confirmation in the future.
In this meeting, in deciding the “national security” procedures to be followed in how to reveal/shield the dossier and the spying on Trump, it would naturally fall to the senior DOJ person to lay out the plan.
So I suspect in this email Rice blamed it all on Comey, not Yates.
And that she sent the email after an oral conversation with Obama that morning of the Inauguration or the previous day.
About that redaction...is it possible to use the questions being asked as a means of gleaning what the redacted portion says?
To the extent that this email is accurate, it shows that Comey was colluding with Obama to undermine Trump.
According to the 20th amendment, the term of the President ends at noon on January 20th. So how could Trump become President 13 minutes before Obama's term ended?
