Las Vegas Coroner – Stephen Paddock Died One Day After He Committed Suicide.

Police Department. It is shocking to find that the coroner says Stephen Paddock died one day after he committed suicide.

“The autopsy report indicates they recovered a moderately deformed copper jacketed gray metal missile and fragment of copper jacket and gray metal between the occipital dura and partly into occipital skull. No corresponding exit. Trajectory front-to-back and upward.”

Actually, reminds me of an old story. VERY few people die on airplanes ... ever ... even during war. The reason is simple ... Death, in a legal sense, is a medical decision which can only be made by a licensed doctor. If there is no doctor on a flight to declare someone dead, then legally, they did not die. Only once the doctor examines the patient and determines they are dead is the person actually "dead" legally.

So, someone commits suicide, and for whatever reason the actual examination to ensure they are dead does not happen until the next day ... well, the date of death would be the next day.

I just read through this entire thread and now I’m even more confused. Did Paddock die the day before he supposedly did this shooting or not?

No he died when he shot himself. The official record is for the next day. Clerical stuff...
