I got hooked on her music too- got several of her CD’s. But the one that really blows me away is Lisa Gerrard-

I think one of her most interesting and underrated songs is "Evacuee" which she apparently wrote after watching a documentary about the Blitz in WWII where they evacuated children from London to the countryside.:

We saw the second plane hit the South tower. Nobody in our office could get thru the video the first time.
Windows on the World was a favorite when I was in my final years of training.
I like those CDs too and all the artists you mentioned. Celtic Woman does a good Orinoco Flow too. If you are looking for some “Conan the Barbarian” type music check out TWO STEPS FROM HELL. Best intro is the YouTube video THE HORSE CHARGE.
This song was part of VH1’s first playlist.
Also in that playset was Tangerine Dream’s “Tiergarten” which is a magical song.
I was .. I think... 12 ? My jaw was dropped. Then Jean Michele-Jarre started making a video or two. Then I saw a Kitaro video. I thought VH1 was going to be my whole future. My sister had Michael Jackson on MTV and I had my new age on VH1.
But then that went sideways.
In my 3,600 song library which I listen to while in the car.
I have since loved that tune, and love Enya's music.
I LOVE Novo Amor! I heard ‘Anchor’ featured in a Taltz commercial, of all places, a couple of years ago, tracked it down and have been listening to their stuff ever since. Beautiful!

I cover two and a half states so I get a lot of windshield time.
I can listen to Enya for hours on end.
