Gasoline pumps prices are a tad higher here in central WI (Tomah). Prices have been steadily increasing for a number of weeks but we keep reading gas prices are falling. Can someone explain exactly "where are they falling?"
The Mueller probe will end with Indictments One Week before the November elections.

Well that might be difficult. Years ago gas stations 50 miles from the Cherry Point refinery were selling gas cheaper than the big stations almost next to the refinery - by quit a bit.
They won’t fall because the oil companies have figured that the public is too used to paying the current amount, $2.79 in Eastern Washington. They may tweak them up and down slightly to give us the impression their tied to some economic reason. And even if they do fall and maintain that new level for an extended period of time, then look for your state to raise the gas tax to restore it back to the higher price.
