I think he testifies in a month, but the day before he will become despondent and will commit suicide by shooting himself in the back of the head with a shot gun twice during a botched robbery attemp where none of his personal belongings turn up missing

Last I heard the hearing with this gentleman to testify was moved from January to February. Apparently, there is a health issue the poor man suffers which may play some role in this.
