Sara Carter: IG Report & FISA Abuse Memo Shocked FBI Director Wray "To His Core"

Better Title: McCabe Real Culprit of Obstruction of Justice

On Tuesday's edition of Hannity, investigative journalist Sara Carter told the FOX News host that the FISA memo shocked FBI Director Christopher Wray "to his core." The day after, Monday, McCabe was asked to resign and did not show up for the bureau's morning meeting.

(snip)

SEAN HANNITY: 1.2 million pages (IG internal report) already handed over to Congress

SARA CARTER: Correct. 1.2 million pages. But there are indicators right now that McCabe may have asked FBI agents to actually change their 302s. Those are interviews with witnesses. So basically, every time an FBI agent interviews a witness they have to go back and file that report.

SEAN HANNITY: Changing that would be what, obstruction of justice?

SARA CARTER: Exactly, obstruction of justice. This is something the Inspector General is investigating. If that is the case, if this is true, and not just alleged, if this is true, McCabe will be fired. I hear they are considering firing him within the next few days if this turns out to be true.

I’m willing to give Wray some leeway.

But he has been there since early August.

How long does it take to figure out that McCabe is dirty and needs to be replaced?

How can any rational person be shocked at the corruption?
We had true believing marxists, maoists and muslims in charge of the executive branch for 8 long years.

“Wray had enough documents to fire McCabe months ago.
Instead, he defended McCabe.”

Sessions too.

Wray was approved 94-5 by the swamp.

Like Sessions, he’s owned by the corrupt state.

The entire FBI should be fired and rehired one by one.

FIRE THEM ALL AND START FRESH.... DENY THEM THEIR PENSIONS AND ANY ACCESS TO Gov’t. PROVIDED LEGAL COUNSEL AND PROSECUTE THEM.

That's what I think too.

I’m sure anyone in the FBI has seen everything so how could anything shock one of them? What could it be that is so awful.. so bad that he took the step to fire McCabe? It looked like they ‘walked’ him out..which means he was not trusted to even take his belongings in his desk. What could be this bad?

Exactly. Which is why I have said here that I am not sure they will release the memo or at least not without altering it. It could involve Obama and serious crime. In which case BLM and more will be rioting everywhere.

I think this is very serious. Pelosi falling apart on CNN and saying "national security" over and over again.

Not sure we will ever see the entire thing.

Wray is not a ‘fresh face’. He was the Assistant Attorney General for the Justice Department under........ta da!! James Comey.

He’s a fresh face at the FBI. He’s never worked there before.

Wray probably knew there were rogue players at the agency when he started but he still had to identify who the bad players were, determine what they did wrong and then get evidence on them. Not an easy thing to do.

These people weren't walking around the agency wearing buttons saying, "I conspired with others to help Hillary win and to defeat Trump". They didn't have blinking lights on their foreheads.

It's always easy to Monday morning quarterback these things when you're not there. Wray is doing the actual job, not us sitting here at our computers, second guessing him in hindsight. He doesn't have that luxury.

He got the evidence he needed to get rid of McCabe on Sunday from Nunes.

Then he fired McCabe the next day.

The rest of the bad agents will be dealt with in good time. This is just the beginning, not the end. Patience.

Wray knew McCabe was dirty from the moment he read texts that Strzok, Page and McCabe were holding meetings in “Andy’s office” discussing campaign status as a basis for investigation decisions, as well as an “insurance policy” if Trump won.

Wray was sworn in Aug 2, and should have been briefed very early on about Strzok and Page. Although they had been removed from Mueller’s investigation in July, their bias was a problem for the Clinton investigation, the beginnings of the Russia investigation, the Flynn interview ... and Wray should have been briefed on all that...etc.

At the latest it would have been just after Aug 10 when the OIG pulled the second batch of texts.

Wray is an Ivy League empty suit who is a prisoner of his own bureaucracy. He isn’t savvy enough to see thru their lies, or do anything effective about it.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Sarah Carter reported (& she’s usually accurate) that McCabe wasn’t even allowed to come in to work on Monday.

Yep. No wiping the hard drive, like with a cloth and no bleaching the evidence.

The Ivy League degree and boarding school background should have been a dead giveaway.

Yes. But I bet he can endure a spanking without whimpering.
