Sara Carter: IG Report & FISA Abuse Memo Shocked FBI Director Wray "To His Core"
RCP video ^ | 1-30-2018 | Ian Schwartz

Better Title: McCabe Real Culprit of Obstruction of Justice

On Tuesday's edition of Hannity, investigative journalist Sara Carter told the FOX News host that the FISA memo shocked FBI Director Christopher Wray "to his core." The day after, Monday, McCabe was asked to resign and did not show up for the bureau's morning meeting.

(snip)

SEAN HANNITY: 1.2 million pages (IG internal report) already handed over to Congress

SARA CARTER: Correct. 1.2 million pages. But there are indicators right now that McCabe may have asked FBI agents to actually change their 302s. Those are interviews with witnesses. So basically, every time an FBI agent interviews a witness they have to go back and file that report.

SEAN HANNITY: Changing that would be what, obstruction of justice?

SARA CARTER: Exactly, obstruction of justice. This is something the Inspector General is investigating. If that is the case, if this is true, and not just alleged, if this is true, McCabe will be fired. I hear they are considering firing him within the next few days if this turns out to be true.

I doubt it, this go around is particularly egregious and it was personal.
If I have any hint at the man our President is, I highly doubt this will shelved.
Now the fake media, you’re correct on that count, freakin frauds will do anything to taint the truth.

“burn the place down”

Could mean he will expose everyone involved.. and that one thing could get his pension... or it could get him killed.
it didn’t work for Vince Foster.

Last week the big shocker story was Wray resisting and threatening to quit over efforts to get him to fire McCabe - this week’s should be that he took one look at the memo and McCabe was gone the same day - funny.....

Wray had enough documents to fire McCabe months ago.
Instead, he defended McCabe.

Wray realized he was about to be embarrassed after the memo
was released. Why? Because he would have to answer questions
why McCabe was not fired sooner. And his ability to fix the FBI would
be fair game.

Hence, the pre-memo release firing of McCabe.
It was Nunes, not Wray who is responsible for McCabe’s firing.

I think we should probably hire staff for the OIG and let go of some FBI lawyers to pay the freight.

Add to that Wray and Rosenstein have been holding back docs from Nunes. So not only did Wray have the knowledge to fire McCabe, he also prevented Nunes from acquiring the knowledge.

This president will go down in history as the one man who was willing to stand in front of a gun and tell the truth amid the greatest political scandal in our lifetimes.

Greatest Election Ever

MUST AGREE. Never, in my lifetime, has been an election such as this.

Gore/Bush was sweated, followed closely, after the votes had been cast. d’Rats became emboldened in that they deserved the OO. THIS makes that election pale in comparison. Only a man such as DJT could have seen this outcome. BRAVO, Mr. President
MAGA

Wray has only been there 4 months. He was not with the FBI prior to this.

He is not responsible for what happened under Comey's watch. Nor did he probably know about it right away.

Takes time for the bad guys to be identified. They're not walking around with name tags on them that says, "I hate Trump and love Hillary".

He is the one that went to the Hill on Sunday and read the FISA memo.

Next day he forces McCabe out the door.

No one just walks into a huge agency like the FBI that has a bunch of "secret society" compromised agents from the previous administration embedded in it and solve the problem overnight.

He's doing his job. This is just the beginning. Not the end.

I think it’s more like a case of plausible deniability by Wray. The only other option is that they’re keeping RR and McCabe close enough to gather more sedition intel.

Beware everyone - this is going to get ugly.

A few days ago on a thread about the FBI, I suggested it might be changed to FIB.

Since then, I’ve wondered if the CIA could be changed to CYA. :(!

I don’t think he is dirty, but Wray is too clueless to clean up the FBI snake swamp.

It’s like sending Inspector Clouseau to reform the New Orleans Police Dept.

The FBI bureaucracy was telling this guy for 7 months than they “couldn’t recover” texts from Strzok, Page, McCabe and the others.

Then, the Inspector General’s people get physical access to the text storage and phones, the texts are recovered in TWO DAYS !

The Ivy League degree and boarding school background should have been a dead giveaway.

Wray is a fresh face at the FBI. He's only been there 4 months.

He hasn't been with agency before and is not one of the bad guys that are about to be caught in this trap.

There's too many people on FR who are quick on the trigger and want the firing squad empaneled to execute everyone you don't like.

If this is as big as they say it is, it is important to go about it deliberately. This is not like the #MeToo movement where you can accuse someone of something and they are automatically guilty.

All of these people will lawyer-up and and charges brought against them will be contested and it will drag out forever.

These people will be dealt with in due time.

Wray is not one of the bad guys here.
