He has a YUGE district, in West Texas and kowtows to the Open Borders COC cabal.
He needs to hear from ALL OF US...and especially those who live in his district (23, TX).
Tell Hurd the T*rd to #ReleaseTheMemo and start answering to his constituents and tax payers, rather than his Open Borders paymasters.
