Same here - gonna keep an eye on it, this time. The previous run of Ruger pistol-caliber carbines came and went almost as quickly as the Marlin Camp Carbine models (which Remington Outdoors would be smart to revive, too). If the .45 is slow to appear, I'll take the 9mm and make do.
I hope Magpul does a backpacker stock rig for this one... and one of those barrel-mounted picatinny rails, too (works better than the receiver rail on the takedown models).

Thats my only issue, cant really call it a complaint, with the Takedown 10-22. It works very well but makes stowing in awkward. I will say its shockingly accurate. I can hit tennis balls consistently at 50 yards or so.
Handy little truck gun.
