Additional text messages sent and received by disgraced FBI agent Peter Strzok have been handed over to Congress, reports the Associated Press. In yet another twist to the Strzok saga, the FBI failed to hand over a block of the agents text messages because they have gone missing.
According to law reporters Rachel Stockman and Ronn Blitzer, the missing texts could form the basis for motion to dismiss special counsel Robert Muellers Russia probe.
Law & Crime reports:
The fact that now nearly half a years worth of text messages between Strzok and Page during the time leading up to Robert Muellers appointment as Special Counsel werent preserved by the Justice Department will surely fuel motions from Team Trumps lawyers against the investigation.
Months of text messages dont just accidentally disappear. One past conversation between Strzok and Page indicated that former Attorney General Loretta Lynch knew there would be no charges filed against Clinton well before that investigation ended. Given the significant evidence of impropriety in the Clinton case, a foregone conclusion of innocence before the FBI wrapped up their investigation looks shady at best. Trumps lawyers will surely argue that after those messages came to light, the DOJ intentionally lost those five months worth of other messages.
As news of the missing text messages send shockwaves throughout Washington, D.C., Team Mueller may be quietly preparing for another scandal to hit the investigation; the release of the explosive FISA abuse memo.
Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) joined Fox News host Tucker Carlson Friday evening and assured the shocking memo will prove special counsel Robert Muellers Russia investigation is rotten to the core.

There is much speculation regarding who Q is. All things point to an upper level White House staffer. Or above.
If you do a search for Q in here, youll get his posts from

“Nothing is EVER missing.
Nothing.”
EXACTLY. Just suppose in these so-called missing texts was a plot to assassinate the President, does anyone really think they couldn’t be “found”?
AT THIS POINT I THINK THE DEMOCRATS ARE HOPING TO MAKE IT JUST DISAPPEAR, AND WOULD USE THIS TO ‘DISMISS’ IT
No need to release the FISA memo, if there is no longer any investigation, right?
THE NSA HAS THEM.
There’s the deal they are hatching:
Don’t ask for the texts - Mueller goes away quietly.
Hardly a deal.
The FBI has learned this from the drug cartels, lol! What a (third world) country!!!!!
Was wondering since the FBI is infiltrated by black hats if the white hats are using the phones so the black hats can be surprised.
It may be in our favor.
That’s a bingo!
No one gets a free pass
Thanks for posting and qualifying that possible intel. Hopefully that is what the DOJ is working on, since they were so quick to appoint one to investigate Trump, when this is actually a much more legitimate reason for a SC - to investigate the DOJ which would require an outside, unbiased review.
Agree the WOW stuff is annoying, but the point in the Law & Crime post linked by GP is this: the FACT that there's missing crucial evidence is in itself legal evidence; it's called spoliation of evidence, and can be used in a legal procedure.
In other words, it can now be argued by Trump's lawyers that the missing emails are exculpatory to Trump and entered into the record as actual evidence of corruption by Mueller's team.
If I hear it from Trump’s mouth, I’ll believe it. Otherwise, it’s one more tug at the heartstrings that I refuse to give anyone in this matter.
We keep hearing of all the dastardly, unethical, illegal, and underhanded things that have happened between Hillary, Comey, and all the thugs but nothing ever comes from it. Sorry, but I’m not holding my breath on any of this stuff. Does anyone in DC have the nads to enforce the law? I’m doubting it.
Sounds like a trap.
