No. Entry 512 on the github.io site links back to 8ch.net//greatawakening/res/1.html#5 That is the “here” in the post. The other stuff links to 8ch.net//qresearch which appears to be accessible to others.
In addition, McAfee WebAdvisor says this github.io site is dangerous.
