I saw this earlier today, it was then declared to be a fraud .. but I’d rather see it posted than not...
so much information to dissect! I have to reboot to clear my hard drive and my brain!
It was declared a fraud because Wiki leaks did not have it. Q is saying that this came from the NSA and that it is real if I am understanding correctly. I am way behind.
