So he is right on immigrants and wrong on his analogical comparison of communism to christianity.

Except real Christianity doesn’t have “relics”.

Communist ideology is very similar to Christianity, in fact: freedom, equality, brotherhood, justice – everything is laid out in the Holy Scripture,
Heaven on earth WITHOUT GOD, creating HELL instead. Oh and not to mention the MASS MURDER OF MILLIONS OF RUSSIAN CHRISTIANS!
Its not that weird an idea.
I believe it was Chesterton that called communism (of at least an idealized sort) a Christian heresy. I.e., pure altruism without God.
Yet again, you are going to have to go explain, in this case to a bunch of Greek Monks on Mt. Athos, that they aren’t Christian. A very tough sell.
Christianity is God’s truth; communism is man’s “wisdom” and lies. They are actually not similar at all.
Christianity: Thou shalt not covet anything of thy neighbor’s.
Communism: The state covets and will forcibly take all your private property.
