Of course. Assuming there’s anything left by then. Bribery alone is very hard to prove. They could possibly get them for RICO (racketeering) or something else with a longer statute of limitations. But they already have an open and shut case on mishandling classified and still haven’t done anything, so it appears the fix may be in, at least for her. Hopefully the dirty cops at least go down, for obstruction of justice.

What is the statute of limitations on fraud to the IRS?

If I cheated on my taxes seven years ago, do I still have to worry about it?
